Recharm video integration: ad footage, your agent and FrameJam

Recharm is a footage library for paid social ads that your agent can search from Claude. FrameJam is where you review the ad your agent cuts from that footage, on exact frames. There's no built-in Recharm video integration with FrameJam; they meet in your agent. Here's how that workflow goes.

Facts about other tools are from their official docs and websites, as of Oct 2026. Each one links to its source, and all of them are listed under Sources.

What Recharm is

Recharm calls itself an "AI Digital Asset Manager for Paid Social Ads". It cuts every video in a brand's library into hooks, product shots, testimonials and B-roll, tags each shot by creator, scene, persona and emotion, and lets a team find a clip by describing the moment. It's built for DTC brands and agencies that make a lot of video ads. Its pricing page lists an AI plan at $299 a month with 1 TB of storage and unlimited users, a Managed plan on request, and a 14-day free trial.

Recharm in Claude

Recharm has a Claude plugin with a connector to its hosted MCP server. Its security guide lists nine tools, including search_clips_visually for semantic search over a brand's clips, get_clip_poster_image for a still frame and save_brief. On top of the connector it ships Claude skills such as /brief-creator, which turns a brief into a shot list from your library.

The one that makes video is /make-video: one prompt turns your Recharm footage into an ad prototype, from a 6-second bumper to a two-minute VSL. It confirms the brand, learns the library and the brand site, asks about ratio, length, ad type and voice, and shows a scene plan for approval. Then it renders: ffmpeg and Node 22 are required, ElevenLabs (voice and music) and Remotion (motion graphics) are optional, it checks the cut on a contact sheet, and hands you the MP4.

How FrameJam fits

Recharm finds the right clips and gets a first cut out. What comes next is the part every ad goes through: someone watches it and says what to change. That's FrameJam's job, and it works on any MP4 your agent renders:

  1. Your agent searches the Recharm library and cuts the ad, with /make-video or with your own playbook.
  2. It opens the render in FrameJam, in the agent app's browser next to the chat.
  3. You click the shot that's wrong and write "use the other creator here", drag across a slow hook and write "tighten to two seconds", or leave a note on the whole ad, then finish the review.
  4. The agent gets each comment with its timestamp and a frame image with your pin on it, swaps or trims the clips, and renders the next version. You flip between versions to check every note landed.

An example prompt

In a Claude session that has both Recharm's skills and FrameJam, run Recharm's skill and send the result to review. Type /framejam:start first if FrameJam isn't open yet:

/make-video 20-second 9:16 testimonial ad for our brand from the Recharm library: a creator hook, two product shots, end on the offer. When the MP4 is rendered, open it in FrameJam for review and wait for my comments.

No Recharm library? The same loop works on footage from your drive. The Anchor and Overlay playbook adds B-roll over a talking head, Clean Cut trims pauses and retakes, and the ffmpeg page shows how your agent edits recordings. If you're weighing a hosted generator for ad footage instead, see FullRenderAI compared.

Playbooks that work with Recharm

A playbook is FrameJam's method for one kind of video. Your agent follows it in whichever tool the project uses.

Questions

Is there a native Recharm and FrameJam integration?

No. The two don't talk to each other directly. Both are tools your Claude agent calls: Recharm's connector finds and fetches the clips, the agent cuts the ad, and FrameJam is where you review the render. FrameJam never reads your Recharm library.

Can I review a /make-video render in FrameJam?

Yes. Recharm's Make Video skill hands you an MP4, and FrameJam reviews any video file. Ask the agent to open the render in FrameJam, leave comments on exact frames, and it re-cuts the ad from your notes.

What does Recharm cost?

As of Oct 2026, Recharm's pricing page lists an AI plan at $299 a month with 1 TB of storage and unlimited users, a Managed plan on request, and a 14-day free trial. Its creative analytics are free. FrameJam is free and MIT-licensed.

Does FrameJam store or upload my ad footage?

No. FrameJam runs on your computer and plays the rendered file from your disk. Your clips stay wherever they already live, in Recharm or on your drive.

Which agent apps does Recharm's connector support?

Recharm's security guide lists Claude desktop, claude.ai and Claude Code. FrameJam installs in the Code tab of the Claude desktop app or in Claude Code, so run the session there to use both together.
